"Sunset weddings, portrait photography, especially portraits on the beach, product photography, capturing images excites me as a photographer," said Scott. "I am always watching, always looking for new angles and special moments to capture on film."

To the Gulf Coast of Florida from the cliffs of Malibu with stops in Nevada and Ohio, Scott has been photographing couples special wedding day. With his distinct photojournalist style of photography Scott has captured many special moments and has received many accolades for his photojournalism and praise for his wedding photography and commercial photographs.
Sunset beach weddings and beach portraits on the "finest, whitest sand in the world," Siesta Key, Florida has been Scott's home base since 2002. Covering events and weddings in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Venice, Casey Key, North Port, Sanibel, Captiva, Englewood Beach, Naples, Palm Island, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Cape Haze, Boca Grande, Venice and Tampa.
From 1979 through 1993 Scott worked as an award winning photojournalist for the Los Angeles Daily News, capturing heartfelt to triumphant moments on film. "Through the years I have always brought a creative eye to portraiture photography." Creating a portrait with others is exciting and fun.

He has enjoyed careers as an Emergency Medical Technician and Business Advisor with brief stops working in warehouses, factories and retail businesses. The various occupational pursuits has given Garrity the opportunity to create a broader awareness, appreciation and accountability which allows Scott to adapt to a variety of situations with success for all.
